How biofeedback helps

Suppression Backfires…

Many of us learn to hide or compartmentalize our feelings so our colleagues, partners or children don’t see us getting too upset. Sometimes, after awhile, we even lose touch with how we feel.

But suppressing emotions often backfires: it magnifies the body’s stress response and increases health risks. It can make us less attuned as leaders, partners, and parents. Biofeedback helps surface and manage your body’s unique responses in a tailored way.

…and tuning in transforms

With mindful biofeedback, we train our nervous systems to handle more stress and to release stuck emotions. Think of it this way, if you ate some bad food, sometimes the fastest way to feel better is just to throw up. Over time, you’ll develop more skill in releasing emotions so it begins to feel like a more positive shift.

The result? Enhanced energy, positivity, calm, and clarity.
