I’m a PhD-level Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Biofeedback Practitioner with 20+ years of experience spanning clinical practice, NIH-funded mind-body research at UCSF, and a decade of working with health-tech. As a working mother, I understand the real-life pressures of balancing it all.

What approaches will we use?

In our work together, we will use specific, empirically-supported tools and modalities— I integrate mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems, somatic tools, and personalized biofeedback using wearable sensors.
