How biofeedback helps
Suppression Backfires…
Many of us learn to hide or compartmentalize our feelings so our colleagues, partners or children don’t see us getting too upset. Sometimes, after awhile, we even lose touch with how we feel.
But suppressing emotions often backfires: it magnifies the body’s stress response and increases health risks. It can make us less attuned as leaders, partners, and parents. Biofeedback helps surface and manage your body’s unique responses in a tailored way.
